Avalanche Problem
New snow

2000m

A generally favourable avalanche situation will prevail. Some snow will fall in particular in the north.
Currently there are favourable avalanche conditions. As the temperature drops hardly any more gliding avalanches and moist snow slides are possible.
On extremely steep slopes and in steep rocky terrain individual small dry snow slides are possible as a consequence of the new snow. This snow can be released by a single winter sport participant in isolated cases in all aspects above approximately 2000 m. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls.
Snowpack
>
2 to 5 cm of snow will fall until the evening above approximately 1800 m.
Near-ridge shady slopes: In many places there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. Sunny slopes: The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will hardly soften at all.
Above approximately 2000 m there are 100 to 200 cm of snow, and even more in some localities. Snow depths vary greatly at elevated altitudes, depending on the infuence of the wind.
Tendency
The avalanche danger will persist.
