The snow sport conditions outside marked and open pistes are very dangerous.
Wet snow represents the main danger.
Below approximately 2500 m medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large wet avalanches are possible as the day progresses. These can in many places be released very easily. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on steep northwest to east to southeast facing slopes. During the day: Gradual decrease in danger of wet avalanches as a consequence of the ceasing of precipitation.

The fresh wind slabs remain for the foreseeable future prone to triggering on northwest to north to southeast facing aspects at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions. Explanation: "these" may only stand for "these avalanches" are small but can be released easily in some cases by a single winter sport participant. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular in steep terrain at high altitude and in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain.

Extensive experience in the assessment of avalanche danger is required.
Snowpack
>
Up to high altitudes rain will fall until late morning especially in the north and in the northeast. The surface of the snowpack is not frozen.
All aspects below approximately 2400 m: The snowpack is wet.

At intermediate and high altitudes there are 40 to 80 cm of snow, and even more in some localities. In all regions less snow than usual is lying. On steep sunny slopes at low and intermediate altitudes no snow is lying.
Tendency
Monday: Gradual decrease in danger of moist avalanches as the temperature drops.
